BLOCK LIFESTYLE DISEASE BY BUILDING HEALTHY HABITS;-

First of all, what do we mean by a lifestyle disease?

A disease or disorder caused by the habits we build through our day to day basis.

Worldwide in 2019 according to WHO 7 out of 10 mortalities are due to lifestyle diseases.

So the question is top lifestyle disorders are as follows

  • Heart disease
  • Stroke
  • Obesity
  • Diabetes
  • Cancer
  • Premature death

There are some measures to avoid the risk of getting the disease such as

1 BALANCE DIET;-

You can play a very crucial part in blocking lifestyle diseases and promoting well-being in your life.

You have to recognize how exactly it improves your life through diet in the following ways.

  1. Through a balanced amount of sugar and fat intake, you can block obesity which I the major risk for heart diseases,diabeties, and stroke.
  2. Healthy eating also improves your cholesterol level and prevents metabolic diseases and blood pressure.
  3. Green veggies, legumes, grains cereals, nuts,milk yogurt, and seasonal fruits to add to your diet in order to block such diseases.

EXERCISE;-

According to NHS exercising decreases the risk of heart diseases stoke diabetes type 2, even cancer by up to 50%.

It can play a significant part in reducing the risk of obesity, chronic diseases also very good for your mental well-being.

It also improves your bone health.

The key is to start small just by taking 5 to 10 minutes of walk every day and some minutes more each consecutive week

It helps to build a habit of physical activity that good for you in the long run.

QUIT SMOKING;-

According to CDC, the risk of dying from smoking is increased over the last 50 years.

Smoking is a notable risk factor for numerous lifestyle diseases synch CVD,lung cancer and diabetes.

If you developed the habit of smoking there is no other choice rather quiting.

SOUND SLEEP;-

A sound sleep restores our body systems, helps us to get fresh for a long day, and manages lifestyle diseases such as insomnia, cardiovascular diseases, diabetes.

According to Researches found out a disturbed sleep cycle can result in metabolic changes and can lead to obesity.

Likewise, lack of sleep can result in type 2 diabetes

If you are taking less than 6hrs of sleep there is a chance of developing a chronic or lifestyle disease.

RELEASE STRESS;-

Stress can increase or worsen the risk of a variety of health problems.

We can easily get rid of them or block them out of our lives just by releasing our stress levels.

SUCH AS;-

OBESITY stress can boost up the level of cortisol hormone that increases the fat deposit onto the abdomen.

DIABETES in type2 diabetes stress can increase the level of glucose in our body and secondly in changes our eating behavior.

If you feel stress about something in life first of all just breathe deeply then focus on the present moment trying to focus on what you are doing right now.
